Transfer cob ownership online
If the recorded owner of a cob that is registered with us sells their cob they can use any device to instantly (and free of charge) transfer the cob online from their account into the new owner's account. When the cob has been transferred into the new owner's account the new owner will then be the recorded owner of the cob. However, if the new owner wants their name and address on the cob's registration book then the new owner must pay an administration fee for having a signed, stamped, and dated name and address label shipped to them which they can then stick in the cob's registration book on the next available numbered space on a 'Recorded Ownerships' page.
Request cob ownership transfer online
If the recorded owner of a cob that is registered with us sells their cob but does not transfer the cob from their account into the new owner's account then the new owner can contact us and request that the cob be transferred into their account (and therefore into their recorded ownership). If we agree to transfer the cob into the new owner's account then the new owner must pay an administration fee for processing their ownership transfer request. However, if the new owner wants their name and address on the cob's registration book then the new owner must pay an administration fee for having a signed, stamped, and dated name and address label shipped to them which they can then stick in the cob's registration book on the next available numbered space on a 'Recorded Ownerships' page.
